Q. How long does it take for me to get my money back if I want to cancel?

A.We only accept account cancellations via our HelpDesk (http://www.dinsol.com/cgi-bin/helpdesk/pdesk.cgi) by submitting a cancellation request by opening a new Support Ticket
Please provide the following details with your request, for security purpose:

  1. Dinsol.com Order ID.
  2. Your email address in our Billing dabase.
  3. 2Checkout.com or PayPal.com Transaction ID.
Please note: You need to specify clearly that you are asking for Refund for payment while requesting for termination of your account.
